    In late November 2025, four friends and I from India did the Marangu Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and it was a great experience every step of the way. In the weeks leading up to our climb, we exchanged many emails with the Aardvark Expeditions sales staff. Their quick responses and thorough explanations were what persuaded us to book with them. While climbing, our guide (Gabriel and Fred) were extremely professional. They adapted their pace to ours, provided encouraging words and advice to help us acclimatise, and made sure we were safe at all times. The food that Erik and Abuu prepared was another highlight. The meals were fresh, filling and served to us with a smile. Aardvark Expeditions made our first Kili attempt feel possible, secure and fun. Highly recommended! ...more

    This tour starts from Lake Manyara, where on the very first day we get to see the tree climbing lion. The lion is sitting on the branch of the tree - I have read about this scene, but it is a very different feeling to see it from the front. The moment of entering the Ngorongoro Crater was breathtaking. As soon as I entered the crater, zebras, buffaloes, elephants around and a black rhino in the distance - everything seemed to be together in nature's own kingdom. The most awaited part was the Serengeti and Mara River Crossing. I waited by the river for hours. Suddenly thousands of wildebeest and zebra started running towards the river. Watching them fight through water, mud and streams was surreal and emotional. The guide of Seven Wonders Safaris has kept us in the right position the whole time and explained every moment.     Each day of the trip is a different experience. The tranquil environment of Tarangire, the birds and baboons of Manyara, the big cats of Serengeti - all are worth seeing. I was thrilled to see the gonus running in front of the crocodiles of the Grumeti River. At the end is the Ngorongoro Crater - a huge natural theater.     Our 6-day safari was truly amazing! Seven Wonders Safaris organized everything very well. Starting the journey from Arusha I was fascinated to see the green forest of Tarangire and the herd of elephants. It was a great experience to see lions, rhinos and other animals in Ngorongoro Crater. And Serengeti is the best part of the whole trip - huge fields, beautiful sunsets and a variety of wildlife.
