  I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   We, along with a few friends, took part in a 3-day safari with Light on Africa Destinations & Safaris, which was planned as Arusha → Tarangire → Lake Manyara → Ngorongoro Crater. We had a lot of fun on this little trip together. At night, it was fun, and during the day, it was all about wildlife. Our guide was very experienced; he would easily find animals and share interesting information about each place. The huge elephant herd in Tarangire, the colorful birds of Lake Manyara and the magnificent view of the Ngorongoro Crater are still remembered. This safari will definitely be a great experience for those who want to enjoy the original beauties of Tanzania in less time. ...more

  My wife and I went on this 8-day trip, and it was one of the best decisions of our lives. Standing next to an elephant in Tarangire, watching a lion together in Serengeti, and having a cup of coffee on the edge of Ngorongoro Crater - it was all so silent, so profound!   I never thought I would travel to Africa. When I booked, I got more than what I had read about their services on the Nyayo Tours website. Guide Frank was strangely knowledgeable; he brought life to places in silence. During the entire trip, no one seemed to let me go without anything I didn't need. Our car even had a phone charger and a freezer to keep cold water - these little conveniences add up when you're on safari for hours. ...more
