  The Absolute Best Team on Kilimanjaro A group of 4 climbers from India, along with 3 friends from the UK, completed an arduous climb via the 7-day Machame Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and they exceeded our every expectation along the way. The first impression we had of Aardvark Expeditions (Philemon Joel) was one of speed in responding to our requests, providing clear directions, and making truthful declarations about what to expect when we booked. Booking our climb was made easy due to the assistance provided by the sales team. During the actual climb, the guiding team of Bariki and Jonathan performed exceptionally well. They were vigilant in their monitoring of climbers, supported us when altitude sickness hit, and continuously provided motivation throughout our trek on the mountain.   This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.   I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   We took part in a 6-day Best of Tanzania Safari with some friends, where the trip was planned as Arusha → Tarangire → Lake Manyara → Serengeti → Ngorongoro. The best part of this group safari was getting to know some new travelers. Every night we used to sit in the lodge and talk, and during the day we used to enjoy seeing the wild animals of the jungle together. The Seven Wonders Safaris team arranged everything beautifully for us. The guide's animal spotting skills were excellent, and he shared great information for each location. The sight of lions hunting in the Serengeti and the natural beauty of Ngorongoro are etched in our minds. This is a truly unique tour for those who are looking for an affordable yet enriching safari experience in a friendly, social environment. ...more
