Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport and meet the driver after immigration and baggage collection. Transfer to your hotel for check in. At 15:30 the guide and driver pick you up from the hotel lobby to visit Independence Palace also called the Reunification Palace built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, then see French colonial landmarks such as Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. Visit Landmark 81 for panoramic city views. At 18:45 to 19:00 transfer to Bach Dang Pier to embark a dinner cruise on the Saigon River with traditional music. Return to the pier around 21:30 and transfer back to the hotel. At 09:00 the driver and tour guide pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Watch a documentary about the tunnels and their historical significance, then explore the tunnel system including living areas, kitchens, command bunkers, trapdoors and booby traps. Taste cassava and hot tea which were the daily food of guerrilla fighters. Lunch at a local restaurant is by your own arrangement. After lunch transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City to visit Thien Hau Pagoda in Chinatown and Cho Lon Market. Return to your hotel to relax. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Meals: breakfast included.

Breakfast at the hotel. Between 07:00 and 07:30 pick up at hotel in District 1 and meeting point then depart for Cai Be. At around 10:00 take a boat ride on the Tien River to visit the remaining site of the Cai Be wholesale floating market. Continue to visit an ancient house and stop at a coconut candy workshop to learn how to make sweets while tasting tropical fruits and enjoying folk music. Take a hand row Sampan ride through narrow canals. Have lunch in a garden house. After lunch rest or cycle through village roads and visit Ba Kiet's ancient house. At 15:30 depart for Can Tho and check in at the hotel. Dinner is by your own arrangement. Overnight in Can Tho. Meals: breakfast and lunch included.

Breakfast at your hotel at 06:30. At 07:00 take a boat trip to Cai Rang Floating Market the busiest floating market in the West and recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage. After leaving the market the boat will take you to a rice noodle factory to see the Hu Tiu production process and directly participate in some steps. Visit Munir Ansay Pagoda a Khmer temple noted for its architecture. Continue to Con Son tourist area walk through orchards and taste fruits. Have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch depart for Chau Doc and continue to visit Tra Su Cajuput Forest by rowing boat to explore its cajuput forests diverse wildlife and peaceful waterways. Return to the hotel. Breakfast at your hotel. In the morning explore Chau Doc with visits to the floating village Cham village and the bustling Chau Doc Market to observe local life. Continue to Hang Pagoda and the sacred Ba Chua Xu Temple two important spiritual sites in the region. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before departing for Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City between 17:30 and 18:00 marking the end of the tour. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Meals: breakfast and lunch included.
