Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi To Dalhousie

Day 1 begins with arrival in Delhi by train flight bus or Volvo where you will meet the driver and be assisted by a company representative. From Delhi you will embark on a scenic drive to Dalhousie taking approximately 10 to 12 hours with stops en route. The itinerary includes a stop at Baijnath to visit the ancient Shiva Temple providing cultural insight, followed by a visit to Palampur to experience lush tea gardens and take a leisurely stroll through the tea estates. Later continue driving to Dalhousie, check in to the hotel, relax and unwind amidst Himalayan surroundings and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Dalhousie And Khajjiar Local Sightseeing

Day 2 is a full day of local sightseeing around Dalhousie and Khajjiar. After breakfast proceed to Khajjiar also known as Mini Switzerland located 24 km from Dalhousie, famed for its natural beauty, a 9 hole golf course, a scenic island in the lake and open activity options. Guests can opt for additional adventure activities at extra cost. While in and around Dalhousie explore Subhash Baoli Road, Dainkund Peak, Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary with rich vegetation including deodars oaks and rhododendrons, and Panchpula Waterfall which is a popular trekking and picnic spot. In the evening take a leisurely stroll along Dalhousie Mall Road Gandhi Chowk, conclude with dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Dalhousie To Delhi

Day 3 covers check out from the hotel after breakfast and the return journey to Delhi by private vehicle. The drive from Dalhousie to Delhi covers approximately 565 kilometers and takes around 11 to 12 hours depending on route and traffic. The return journey passes through scenic landscapes and towns offering mountain valley and countryside views. Upon arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station the tour concludes and guests depart with memorable experiences from the trip.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

CHEQUE NEFT RTGS IMPS UPI or any payment mode should be in favour of the operator. 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost for confirmation. Full payment should be paid after the confirmation of asked services. The invoice amount should be paid in full any dispute should be brought to our notice not before guest check out. Any refund or cancellation will be made after deducting the retention amount. Any refund or cancellation related to the hotel Transfer or service booked by us will require a minimum of 30 days. The operator has right to cancel the booking due to non payment. All disputes are subjected to the jurisdiction of the Shimla court.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

If cancellations or amendments are made 30 days before the start date of the trip 50 percent of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation amendment fees. If cancellations or amendments are made 15 to 30 days before the start date of the trip 80 percent of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation amendment fees. If cancellations or amendments are made within 0 to 15 days before the start date of the trip 100 percent of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation amendment fees. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions certain trips or activities may get cancelled and operator will try to provide an alternate feasible option however a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. In case of unforeseen circumstances requested amendments are subject to cancel and rebook based on availability and rates. Cancellations and amendments are strictly subject to cancellation amendment policies mentioned on the tour itinerary and are irrespective of the date of booking. Upon cancellations refund will be made after deducting the retention amount.
