    Both the trip and the travel company were spectacular. We had never traveled to Bali and weren't quite sure what to expect. From the start of planning all the way through our flight back to Lucknow, the travel planner and his team made the entire experience a delight. The service of this particular agency was the best we've had. They were available 24 hours a day by both social media and mobile phones. They were very prompt in addressing any issues or questions.     Hello , we had booked Bali trip from happy holiday travel agent and it was really amaizing including direct flight and cab with drivers n guide provided for everyday . Hotel was good . The only problem that we arrived before the check out time of hotel so we had to wait for 1.5 hrs in the lobby as the room was not vacant. This coordination was lacking by travel agent and hotel . Rest everything’s was amaizing . Private pool villa I would rate it average as the water quality over there was bad .rest amnities provides good. Each and every day spent was special ..best was the scuba diving and paragliding experinace followed by sunset view of ulluwatu temple. Just amaizing !! ...more
