Day 1 Snorkeling Safari & Coral Discovery

• 07:30 AM: Check-in at Sanur Harbor/Pemelisan (Caspla Gate). • 08:00 AM: Depart for Nusa Penida via Caspla Fast Boat. • 09:00 AM: Arrive at Nusa Penida and transfer by shuttle to your snorkeling boat. • 10:00 AM: Embark on a marine safari to 4 distinct points: Manta Bay, Gamat Bay, Crystal Bay, and Wall Point. • 01:00 PM: Head ashore for a delicious Indonesian set lunch. • 03:00 PM: Transfer and check-in at your selected accommodation for a relaxing afternoon.

Day 2 Grand West & East Nusa Penida Coast Tour

Payment Terms & Methods :

Full payment must be settled at least 1 day before the travel/service date or upon check-in/boarding.

Payments must only be transferred to our official company bank account under PT Caspla Bali Nusa Bahari (or official gateway link).

Proof of transfer must be submitted via official WhatsApp or email for verification.

Any bank transaction or transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest/agent.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
Cancellation 7+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.

Cancellation 3 - 6 days prior to arrival: 50% retention fee of total booking amount.

Cancellation within 48 hours or No-Show: 100% non-refundable.

Force Majeure & Weather Conditions:
If services (e.g., fast boat/water sports) are canceled by authorities or company management due to extreme weather or force majeure, guests will receive a option to reschedule or a full refund minus third-party charges.
