  This is our 4th trip through AR holidays and till now we had quite pleasant experience. We have been to Bali, Goa, Sasan Gir and recently went to Udaipur. Bali they provided us 5 star property Hilton Inn, Goa they gave us Bloom suites 4 star property. Property was not so big but ambience was good. Sasan gir expereince was not so good as they gave us 3 star hotel. udaipur they gave us spectrum resort which has online rating of 5 star but i would give it 4 star property.   Both the trip and the travel company were spectacular. We had never traveled to Bali and weren't quite sure what to expect. From the start of planning all the way through our flight back to Lucknow, the travel planner and his team made the entire experience a delight. The service of this particular agency was the best we've had. They were available 24 hours a day by both social media and mobile phones. They were very prompt in addressing any issues or questions.   Dear Pretty Planet Team, I would like to thank you for organizing my trip to Bali. I must say it was up to the expectations. The stay at Bali Dream villa Seminyak and Grand Mirage was brilliant and luxurious. The services provided by the guide and PACTO were indeed world class. I got private car for all my visits which was not even a part of the package. The guide was courteous and took around the whole city at times.
