  We have had excellent services from Traveller's Point during our recent visit to India. During 2018 whilst scouting around for good deals & 5 star accommodation I had received numerous quotes from different agencies ,Tasneem came through with the BEST deal ! A lady with brilliant manners and tolerance (as I had many changes)We were always picked up and transferred on time every time to our destination, We were kept informed and updated at all times during our stay at the different Cities, All our additional requests were met with ease with no additional costs (especially our extra baggage) My next visit to India and Bali will be planned by Tasneem , I entrust her with all my travel arrangements.   Dear Pretty Planet Team, I would like to thank you for organizing my trip to Bali. I must say it was up to the expectations. The stay at Bali Dream villa Seminyak and Grand Mirage was brilliant and luxurious. The services provided by the guide and PACTO were indeed world class. I got private car for all my visits which was not even a part of the package. The guide was courteous and took around the whole city at times. Also, I would like to mention the help and assistance provided is worth mentioning. All my changes and requests were catered with utmost importance. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
