Holistic Chardham experience by helicopter from Dehradun covering Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. The package provides exclusive helicopter transfers from Dehradun Sahastradhara helipad to the dhams and back, airport and hotel transfers at Dehradun, accommodation on twin sharing basis with meals at the dhams, VIP darshan arrangements, complementary duffle bag and guided sightseeing. The itinerary visits high altitude and remote areas of Uttarakhand which are open seasonally and emphasizes safety, comfort and personalized service.
Arrival at Dehradun which is the main base for the heli tours and the starting and ending point for the Chardham Yatra. Representatives will pick up passengers from the Dehradun airport. After arrival guests will have time for relaxation and refreshment at the hotel. In the evening the crew will provide a briefing on helicopter operations and schedule. Dufflebags will be provided. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Dehradun.
The Chardham Yatra begins in the morning from Dehradun Sahastradhara helipad flying to Kharsali helipad for Yamunotri temple. From Kharsali the transfer to the Yamunotri temple is a 6 kilometer stretch each way which can be covered by pony, palki or trek. After darshan the group returns to Kharsali for sightseeing and an overnight stay.
After breakfast the group will fly from Kharsali helipad to Harsil helipad. From Harsil the group will drive to Gangotri temple, a distance of around 22 kilometers. VIP darshan arrangements are provided and a pandit is available for special pooja. Harsil is a scenic valley with dense forest and green mountains and there are many spots for photography. The evening includes Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and overnight stay at Dharali or Harsil.
Early morning the group will proceed to Harsil helipad. On arrival the helicopter will fly to Guptkashi / Phata / Sersi helipad and from the same helipad continue to Kedarnath. The Kedarnath temple is approximately 500 meters away from the helipad and it takes about 15 minutes to reach. A pandit will accompany the group for VIP darshan and poojan. After darshan and poojan the group will fly back to Sersi helipad, have lunch and passengers can visit the ancient Vishwanath Mandir. Overnight stay is at Guptkashi on the banks of the Mandakini.
The group will proceed from Guptkashi / Phata / Sersi helipad to the Badrinath shrine by helicopter. On arrival at Badrinath helipad the group will check in to the hotel. After lunch passengers can attend the Aarti at the temple and later enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.
After breakfast the group will depart from Badrinath and fly back to Dehradun. The return flight provides picturesque views of the region including flights between valleys of thick forest and over five confluences: Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag and Devprayag. The flight returns and drops passengers at the Dehradun helipad.

Booking requires 50 percent advance payment. Balance amount must be paid at least 30 days prior to the journey date. Failure to clear the balance within stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation without refund. Payments via credit or debit card will incur 3.5 percent to 5 percent extra charges.
If passengers cancel their booking the following cancellation charges apply: More than 45 days prior to travel date: 3-5 percent of total tour cost. More than 30 days prior to travel date: 25 percent of total tour cost. More than 20 days prior to travel date: 50 percent of total tour cost. 20 days or less prior to travel date: No refund. No show or after commencement of the tour: No refund. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 28 days prior: rescheduling charge 10 percent of total tour cost. Rescheduling submitted at 15 days prior: rescheduling charge 20 percent. Requests within 15 days will be treated as cancellation and cancellation policy shall apply. In case of force majeure and continuous bad weather making any Dham impossible to visit a refund of approximately INR 20,000 per seat per affected Dham will be provided covering only the flying cost for that Dham. If flying from Dehradun is not possible due to adverse weather or other unavoidable reasons a full refund will be issued after deducting INR 25,000 towards flight preparation cost, hotel retention charges and services already utilized. Credit note policy applies for cancellations or rescheduling due to force majeure and credit notes are non transferable valid for one year and usable only for company helicopter tour services by the same client.
