Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Manali Pick Up (from Chandigarh)

Manali pick up from chandigarh by Kailash expeditions representative and drop you to the hotel in .  Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2

Manali/serchu

Rohtang Pass

Today we start our journey to Leh stopping at Sarchu for a night. Today we cross Rohtang Pass (3978 m), Keylong (3350 m), BaralachaPass (4890m) with overnight stopover at Sarchu (4253 m), border of the states of Himachal Pradesh (Lehaul) and Jammu & Kashmir (Ladakh). Upon arrival in Sarchu we check in at our tented campsite for overnight stay.
Day 3

Serchu/leh

Leave for Leh by early morning, through Nakeela and Lachangla Pass 16,617 ft. Lunch at Pang. After Lunch drive to Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (Biggest and Highest Plateau on Earth on Stretch of 42 Kms), Tanglang La Pass 17,585ft and Indus Valley. Upon arrival in leh you’ll met by our representative and check in at our Hotel.

Day 4

Leh/gurduwarapathar Sahib/ Magnetic Hill, Sangam.hall Of Fame

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we take you for a tour of Hall of Fame, GurudwaraPatthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Kali Temple and Sangam. At Sangam you can enjoy rafting on Zangskarriver.
Hall of Fame is a must visit for every patriotic Indian. It has been built by Indian army in memory of soldiers who lost their lives in Kargil war. Return to Leh in the afternoon.
GurdwaraPatthar Sahib located at a distance of 40 kms from Leh, was constructed in 1571, in memory of Guru Nanak to commemorate his visit to this region.
Magnetic Hill is the place where you will see your car, with its engine turned off, move upwards on a steep slope. It almost sounds unbelievable.
The Sangam is the place called Nimu where the Zanskarriver and Indus rivers merge. In the evening come back to Leh. Overnight Hotel

Day 5

Leh /nubra Valley Via Khardongla. 125km.

After an early breakfast ,drive to beautiful NubraValley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) with the zig zag trail continues and drive till Hundar village. On arrival check in Nature's nest North camp. Afternoon enjoy the beauty of sand dune and double hump camel. Overnight at Nature's Nest North Camp or similar

Day 6

Hunder/ Diskit / Leh.

Today , we get up early morning visit to Diskit monastery and have wonderful view of Nubra valley. Later drive back to Leh via same trail of khardong village and khardongla. Overnight Hotel.

Day 7

Leh / Thiksay /pangonglake 165km

Pangong Lake

Today after early breakfast , start your drive to Pangong lake via Thiksay monastery and Shay. Enjoy the turquoise
color panoramic lake and the magnificent mountains and landscapes which will leave you awestruck . Spent your
afternoon enjoy the beauty of Pangong lake and check in Nature's Nest camp....Overnight Camp

Day 8

Pangong /leh

After a late breakfast , we stroll in and around lake and watch the mother nature soothes you .Later drive back to
Leh by visiting Thiksay monasteries and ShayPalace , if not visited the day before . Overnight Hotel

Day 9

Leh (leisure Day)

A day for leisure . Afternoon half day tour to Spituk and Shanker Gompa and later enjoy the beautiful sumset at Shanti stupa ( Japenses pagoda) where one can view the whole city of leh at a glance. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10

Departure: Leh/ Delhi

After an early breakfast ,depart to airport for onward destination ….fly with sweet memories of Ladakh.
