before 48 Hours Prior to Balloon Flight : No Cancellation Fee

before 18 Hours Prior to Tour Departure : 50% Cancellation Fee

18 Hours or Less Prior to Tour Departure : 100% Cancellation Fee for Group Bookings (more Than 4 Pax in a Single Booking)

before 7 Days Prior to Tour Departure : No Cancellation Fee Before 5 Days Prior to Tour Departure : 50% Cancellation Fee

5 Days or Less Prior to Tour Departure: 100% Cancellation Fee

your Booking Will Be Auto Cancelled if the Payment Not Received Within Two Days Prior to the Booking Date.

cancelling the Flight Due to the Weather Conditions and Your Passengers are Unable to Reschedule to Fly On the Next Available Date, You Will Be Provided with a Full Refund Within 14 – 15 Days or the Same Amount Can Be Hold for the Next Booking.

in Order to Hold a Confirmed Space for More Than 9 People Operator Will Require a Minimum 50% Deposit At the Time of Booking. this is Refundable Subject to the Cancellation Policy Above.
