Everest Base Camp trek begins with an "eye opening" flight to Lukla at 2800 meters and passes through the picturesque Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar to Gorakshep culminating in the "ascent" of Kala Pattar (5500 m) from where classic views of Everest and its surrounding peaks are available. Most of the trek is spent above altitudes of 3000 meters in the Khumbu and Imja valleys. Although this is a short trek, by Nepal standards, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the culture of the Sherpas, visit ancient monasteries and learn how Lamaistic Buddhism influences Sherpa life. Kathmandu - Lukla (2840m) To Phakding (2610m)- 4 Hours
After breakfast transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport.
Fly about 35 minutes to Lukla.
After lunch at Lukla, luggage setup for porter and start trek to Phakding.

Phakding To Namche Bazaar (3440 M) – 6 Hours
Trek start early in the morning after breakfast.
Trail leads zigzagpath to cross the Dhudh Koshi River suspension bridge.
Cross Manjo for Lunch and steeply ascending to Namche Bazar.

Acclimatization At Namche Bazaar (3440 M)
Namche Bazar Excursion.
Visit Sherpa Museum.

Namche Bazaar To Tengboche (3867 M) – 6 Hours
Trek starts early in the morning after breakfast at Namche.
Magnificent Himalayas views of; Konde, Kusum-Kangaroo, Kang-Teka, Thamseru, Ama-Dablam, Island, Kumbila, Lotse –Shar, Lotse, Nuptse, “THE MOUNT EVEREST” Pumori, and Many more peaks of great Himalayas.
Visit Tengboche Monastery.

Tengboche To Dingboche (4410 M) –6 Hours
Trek through beautiful Alpine and Rhododendron Forest.
Encounter endogenous animals and birds including Musk Dear, Blue Sheep and Lophophorus.

Dingbuche (4410 M)
Day free (rest) for Acclimatization.

Dingbuche To Lobuche (4910 M) - 6 Hours

Louche To Gorakh Shep (5140 M) - Ebc Excursion
Trek to Gorakh Shep about 4 hours following the rocky moraine path.
View icy glacial pond and icebergs, down below of Khumbu Glacier.
Pouch the trek at Gorakh Shep for Lunch and a short rest.
Start trek to Everest Base Camp (5364 m) about 3 hours.
Gently ascending with rough zigzag path.
Excursion of Everest Base Camp.
Trek down to similarly descanting up to Gorakh Shep.
Enjoy with hot and delicious dinner.

Gorakh Shep To Pheriche (4240m)
Early in the morning hike to Kala Patthar (5550m) about 2.5 hours.
The walk is steeply ascending until you reach a rocky spot Kala Patthar.
Panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbutse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama-Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more.
Excursion and Photography.
Return back to Goprakh Shep about 1.5 hours.
After breakfast, start trek to Pheriche about 5 hours.

Pheriche To Namche Bazar (3440 M)
Trek about 7 hours to Namche Bazar.

Namche Bazaar To Lukla (2840m)
Trek about 7 hours to Lukla.

Lukla To Kathmandu.
After breakfast transfer to Lukla Airport.
Fly back to Kathmandu.
