• 1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• 2. A minimum 40% advance is required to confirm the package.
• 3. Balance payment must be cleared 10 days before travel.
• 4. Bookings made within 10 days of departure require 100% payment.
• 5. Payments must be made via bank transfer/UPI to the authorised account only.
• 6. Hotel rooms are allocated as per availability; same or similar category hotels may be
• provided.
• 7. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability; charges may
• apply.
• 8. Standard rooms are provided unless specified otherwise.
• 9. Child & extra bed policies follow the hotel’s rules.
• 10. Vehicle is provided as per itinerary only; additional usage will be chargeable.
• 11. Due to hilly terrain restrictions, vehicle changes or shared vehicles may be used for
• certain points.
• 12. A/C may not operate in hill areas as per local regulations.
• 13. Driver working hours are between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; beyond this is chargeable.
• 14. Sightseeing is subject to weather, road conditions, and local authority permissions.
• 15. Permission for Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass cannot be guaranteed
• (army regulations).
• 16. If permits are denied or roads are closed, no refund is applicable for unused services.
• 17. Entry tickets, ropeways, and personal activities are not included unless specified.
• 18. Joy Ride tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• 19. Once booked, Joy Ride tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 20. Child with bed is charged at 80% of adult rate; child without bed at 60% (unless hotel
• rules differ).
• 21. Infant (below 2 years) is complimentary.
• 22. 30 days before travel: 10% cancellation
• 23. 15–30 days before travel: 25% cancellation
• 24. 7–15 days before travel: 50% cancellation
• 25. Refunds (if any) take 7–10 business days to process.
• 27. Any increase in fuel cost, taxes, or hotel/transport rates due to government regulations
• will be chargeable.
• 28. Nature View Tours & Travels is not responsible for natural calamities, strikes, delays,
• or force majeure events.
• 29. Package is non-transferable and valid only for the given travel dates.
• 30. Guests are responsible for maintaining valid ID proof for check-in and permits.
