Proceed for Tbilisi City Tour (duration 6-7 hours) Old City tour is mostly walking Tour Start at Holy Trinity cathedral, one of the largest orthodox cathedrals in the world. Continue to Metekhi church and the monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Take cable car to Narikala Fortress to enjoy breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Walk down to the district of Sulphur bath houses passing by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Stroll through the Shardeni area full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine tasting bars, souvenir shops, and breathe in the living past. Visit Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, and the clock tower of famous Rezo Gabriadze Theatre. Cross the Bridge of Peace leading to Rike Park we finish walking here and drive to the lower station of Mtatsminda funicular. Mtatsminda Park is the highest elevated point of Tbilisi where you can get with funicular in just 6 minutes. The ride gives you an opportunity to observe panoramic views from above. Mtatsminda amusement park is divided into 3 zones: extreme zone where you can have ride in the roller coaster, children and family zones. Besides attractions, you can enjoy restaurants, cafes, shops, relaxation zones, a celebration center, and a wedding palace. Our journey will conclude with a visit to the Chronicles of Georgia, It chronicles Georgia’s history. The top part of the statue features the kings and queens of Georgia.
