Four days with a night in Gulmarg for the first Gondola slot: one houseboat night on Dal Lake with a 1-hour shikara, one night in a 3-star Gulmarg hotel and one night in a 3-star Srinagar hotel. Breakfast and dinner, a private Toyota Etios with tolls and parking, airport pickup and drop and 5% GST are included. Gondola tickets, ponies, sledges and Tangmarg snow chains or a union 4x4 are extra. Jain meals on request.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Srinagar: Houseboat On Dal Lake

Dal Lake

Your driver meets you at Srinagar airport (SXR). Check in to the houseboat, then a one-hour shikara on Dal Lake before sunset. Dinner and the night on the houseboat.

Day 2 Srinagar To Gulmarg

Tangmarg

Leave after breakfast. In winter we stop at Tangmarg to fit snow chains. Afternoon in the meadow: St Mary's Church, a walk across the bowl, sledging when there is snow (sledges and ponies paid locally). Dinner and the night at a 3-star hotel in Gulmarg.

Day 3 Gondola Morning, Back To Srinagar

The earliest Gondola slot you booked: Phase 1 to Kongdori, then Phase 2 to Apharwat if it is running (tickets extra). Back down by early afternoon and drive to Srinagar. Dinner and the night at a 3-star Srinagar hotel.

Day 4 Departure

Airport drop with a buffer for security queues. Late flight? A Mughal garden or Shankaracharya on the way.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

- 30 or more days before the trip: full refund of the advance.
- 15 to 29 days before: 50% of the advance refunded.
- Less than 15 days before, or no-show: no refund.
- Bad weather or road closures: we change the plan or give credit for a later trip.
