After arrival, you will have your first glimpse of Angkor. Enjoy the spectacular view from above as you depart on a tethered helium balloon flight with amazing aerial views of Angkor Wat. This evening experience a traditional Khmer welcome dinner at The Madame Butterfly, a typical wooden house.

This morning discover some of the main Angkor sites on a leisurely bicycle ride. Visit Angkor Thom and Bayon Temple. Spend the early afternoon exploring Siem Reap’s colourful markets, and end your day with a tour to the temples of the Small Circuit by local remork.

Start early to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. After breakfast at Angkor Café, located in front of the monument, explore Angkor Wat in depth. Travel to the pretty temple of Banteay Srei. On the way back to Siem Reap, stop at the Landmine Museum which promotes mine awareness. 

Embark on a private boat that will take you on a fascinating journey across Tonlé Sap Lake to Battambang. In the afternoon, explore some of the cultural villages around Battambang. Tonight, a special visit awaits you at Phare Ponleu Selpak – School of Music, Visual & Performing Arts. Dinner this evening is at the stylish Jaan Bai, a social enterprise restaurant established by the Cambodian Children’s Trust.

Spend the morning on a tour to experience Battambang daily life. The tour includes prayers with monks as well as explanations of the city’s design and artistic heritage.

Travel to Phnom Penh. Along the way visit Kampong Chhnang, known for its traditional pottery, and climb the stairs to the top of Oudong Mountain for magnificent views before visiting the spectacular Vipassana Dhura Buddhist Meditation Centre. 

Explore Phnom Penh by cyclo and visit the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom. In the afternoon, learn about Cambodia’s recent dark history on a visit to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Enjoy dinner at the renowned Foreign Correspondents’ Club. 

After breakfast transfer to the beach resort of Sihanoukville. The rest of the day is at leisure.
