The driver was professional, polite, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The car was in very good condition — clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. They made sure we arrived at our hotel safely and checked that everything was okay before leaving. That extra care and attention really stood out.   The safari trip was planned out perfectly, with each stop providing a unique experience. Our driver, John, was knowledgeable, reliable and charming. The accommodations chosen and booked by Vincent were clean, comfortable and provided delicious food and excellent views. The game drives were magical and will be cherished memories forever.   Our December 2024 safari with Lamara Tourism was simply outstanding! Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Samburu were breathtaking, and staying at Serena Hotels made it even more luxurious.
