Jumolhari Trek Package

Package Overview

This seven days trek starts from Shana near Gonitsawa military camp. This trek route follows the Parochu river through the dense forest till Jangothang, Jumo Lhari base camp and gradually ascends above the tree line. On this trek one can feel the beauty of Jumolhari and Jichudrakey peak and enjoy rich flora and fauna. This trek route cuts through the home land of Yak herders, a golden opportunity to experience the life style and culture of Yak herders.

Season: The ideal time for this trek is April to June and September to November.

• Day 5 : Halt Jangothang
