Day 1

Kathmandu Arrival

Your Arrival Time – Airport pick up and transfer to your Hotel.
Morning short briefing about Kailash Mansarovar Yatra before dinner
Meal: Dinner Only at Hotel l Hotel: 4 Star Deluxe Hotel

Day 2

Kathmandu Sightseeing.

Morning full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Temple and Budhanilkantha.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner l Hotel: 4 Star Deluxe Hotel

Day 3

Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa

11:00 AM (approx) – Fly to Goggar airport Lhasa and transfer to hotel.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner l Hotel: Hotel Gyanggen ( 4 star)

Full Day Lhasa sightseeing

Lhasa city sightseeing, Visit world famous Potala Palace and Barkhor Bazar.

Drive to Xigatse

After Breakfast – Drive to Xigatse (270 km )
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Hotel: Gesar hotel ( 4 star)

Drive to Saga

After Breakfast – Drive to Saga (375 km )
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Hotel: Saga hotel

Day 7

Drive from Saga to Mansarovar Lake

Drive towards Mansarovar Lake crossing beautiful places and stay at the shore of the Lake. Fill spiritual water. Parikrama of Mansarovar Lake by vehicle (2 hrs-90 km)
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner l Hotel: Mud house or similar

Day 8

In Manasarovar Lake. Later drive to Darchen.

Most of the day – Take holy bath and perform Puja (prayer ritual) at Mansarovar Lake. Later Drive to Darchen (35 km).
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner l Hotel: Himalaya / similar

Day 9

First Day of Outer Kora – Trek to Diraphuk

After short drive, we will reach Tarboche and visit Yama Dwar. This is starting point for Kora. We will trek to Diraphuk (4860 m) which is 12 kms trek (5-6 hrs). You will visit North face of Mt. Kailash and touching the feet of Mt. Kailash (Charan Sparsh). Travelers who do not want to trek around (Parikrama) Kailash can go back to Darchen and wait for rest of the group to arrive from Parikrama.
Meal: Breakfast Lunch & Dinner at Mansarovar OR on the way during Parikrama
Hotel: Mud house on the way during Parikrama or Stay in Dormitory Guest House at Darchen

Day 10

Second Day of Outer Kora On to Zuthulphuk with Trek to Dolma La Pass

Trek from Dirapuk to Dolma La Pass and proceed to Zuthulpuk (22 km trek for 7-8 hours trek). This is the most difficult journey throughout the yatra since you have to trek up to the 18,600 ft. From descend to Gaurikund and further trek along with the river to Zuthul-puk.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner l Hotel: Stay at the Lodge (Zuthul-puk)
NOTE: If you are not doing Parikrama, then you will still be waiting at Darchen

Day 11

Drive to Saga

After short Trek and reach to the point where the coach will be waiting and we will drive to Darchen and merge with other members who were waiting and drive to Saga.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Hotel: Saga hotel

Drive to Xigatse

After Breakfast – Drive to Xigatse (375 km )
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Hotel: Gesar hotel ( 4 star)

Drive to Lhasa

After Breakfast – Drive to Lhasa (270 Km)
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner l Hotel: Hotel Gyanggen ( 4 star)

Day 14

Fly from Lhasa to Kathmandu

Fly to Kathmandu airport from Lhasa and transfer to hotel.
Hotel: 4 Star hotel

Transfer to Kathmandu Airport

Certificate of completion will be provided from Indo Nepal Tourism. You will be free till your flight time. We will drop you at Airport 1-2 hour before flight time (30 min drive).

Dr Arun Gupta Kailash 2019: It was someting like "Jana tha Japaan pahunch gaye Cheen". Last year we friends were planning a Europe tour in May 19. One !day I got an information from one of my friend in other group ( Sheela Tai) that they are joining a trip to Kailash Mansarovar in May 19. This trip was there in back of my mind since long. So I cancelled Europe trip, got some GAALIYAN from batchmates & joined this fabulous group & Kailaash trip organised by Indo Nepal Tourism Delhi Believe me at no point I regretted my decision. Luckily some of my batchmates also joined me later. Whole trip was arranged flawlessly, was quite entertaining, adventurous & a life time experience.
