Day 1 Arrival In Kochi And Transfer To Munnar

Arrive at Kochi and begin your journey to Munnar, a scenic hill station approximately 4–5 hours away. On the way, enjoy the lush greenery, tea plantations, and mist-covered hills. After checking into your hotel, spend a relaxing evening exploring the local market and nearby viewpoints. Enjoy dinner at your resort or a local restaurant, sampling authentic Kerala cuisine, such as spicy fish curry and appam.

Day 2 Full Day Sightseeing In Munnar

Munnar Hills

Dedicate the entire day to exploring Munnar’s natural beauty and attractions. Begin with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and the famous Anamudi Peak. Then head to Mattupetty Dam, where you can enjoy boating amidst serene waters surrounded by hills. Next, visit the Echo Point, famous for its natural echoes and scenic photo opportunities, followed by Kundala Lake for pedal boating and relaxing by the water. End the day with a stroll through the lush tea plantations and a visit to the Munnar Tea Museum to learn about tea processing. Return to your hotel for a quiet evening and dinner.

Day 3 Munnar To Thekkady

Thekkady Lake

After breakfast, drive to Thekkady, which takes about 3–4 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel or resort. Begin your exploration with the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of Kerala’s most famous wildlife reserves. Enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake, where you can spot elephants, deer, and various birds in their natural habitat. Later, explore Thekkady spice plantations, where you can see cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, and other spices and even buy fresh spices to take home. In the evening, attend a Kalaripayattu (martial arts) or Kathakali performance to experience Kerala’s traditional art forms. Dinner at your resort completes the day.

Day 4 Thekkady To Alleppey

Boating in Alleppey

After breakfast, depart for Alleppey, roughly a 4-hour drive. Upon arrival, board a traditional Kerala houseboat and begin your journey through the serene backwaters of Alleppey. Glide past coconut groves, paddy fields, and quaint villages, enjoying the tranquility of the waterways. Your houseboat will include lunch and dinner, often featuring freshly prepared local dishes like Kerala fish curry, rice, and vegetables. Evening on the houseboat is peaceful, with stunning views of the sunset over the backwaters. Overnight stay on the houseboat makes for a truly memorable Kerala experience.

Day 5 Alleppey To Kochi – Departure

After breakfast on the houseboat, check out and drive back to Kochi (around 1.5–2 hours). You can also visit the Jew Town and spice markets for last-minute shopping. Afterward, proceed to the airport or railway station for your onward journey, concluding your memorable 5-day Kerala trip.

WonderXO – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings made with
WonderXO (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) by the individual(s) or entity (ies)
purchasing travel services (“Traveler”, “Customer”, “you”). By confirming a
booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 30% of the
total amount for booking.
The client has to complete 70% (20+50 %) of total amount within one month from
the booking date.
The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival Please
note that the advance 30% of the payment will be considered as token amount only
& will be nonrefundable. Valid government-issued photo identification of all
travelers is mandatory at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 The Customer agrees to follow the payment schedule provided at the time of
booking.
2.2 In case of non-payment or delayed payment, the Company reserves the right to
cancel the booking with applicable cancellation charges.
2.3 All payments must be made directly to WonderXO through authorized payment
channels only. Payments made to third parties shall not be the responsibility of the
Company.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Traveler All cancellation requests must be made in writing
(email or letter). Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:
 More than 30 days before travel date – 25% of total package cost
 15–29 days before travel date – 35% of total package cost
 8–14 days before travel date – 75% of total package cost
 7 days or less before travel date – 100% of total package cost (No refund)
3.2 Non-Refundable Components Flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, permits,
and services booked under non-refundable terms are not eligible for refunds and are
subject to vendor cancellation policies.
3.3 Refund Processing Approved refunds (if applicable) shall be processed within
45 working days, subject to receipt of funds from third-party service providers.
3.4 No-Show / Early Departure No refunds shall be provided for unused services,
voluntary no-shows, or early departures.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
4.1 Any request for changes to travel dates, itinerary, or inclusions after booking
confirmation shall be treated as an amendment and may attract additional charges.
4.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability, third-party supplier policies, and
approval by WonderXO.
5. Responsibilities & Liabilities
5.1 WonderXO acts as a facilitator for third-party services and shall not be liable
for:
 Deficiencies by third-party providers.
 Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
 Hotel service standards beyond Company control.
 Loss of personal belongings or documents.
5.2 Travelers must comply with all government regulations and local laws.
5.3 WonderXO shall not be responsible for quarantine, denial of entry, or additional
expenses due to noncompliance or documentation issues.
6. Force Majeure WonderXO shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by
events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes,
political unrest, weather conditions, or government restrictions. Alternatives or
rescheduling will be subject to supplier policies.
7. Special Conditions
7.1 Standard hotel check-in (12:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) apply.
7.2 AC may not function in hilly/high-altitude regions and shall not be considered a
service deficiency.
7.3 Itineraries may be modified due to operational or weather-related reasons.
7.4 Adventure activities are optional and undertaken at the Traveler’s own risk.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
8.1 Carry valid government-issued photo identification at all times.
8.2 Report on time for transfers and sightseeing.
8.3 Respect local culture, laws, and environment.
8.4 Medical fitness and related expenses are the Traveler’s responsibility.
9. Indemnification The Traveler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WonderXO,
its employees, and affiliates against any claims arising from breach of these Terms
& Conditions or violation of law.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by
the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Shimla, Himachal
Pradesh, India.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
