Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Chandigarh To Shimla

Shimla Glen

Start your journey early in the morning from Chandigarh, ideally around 6–7 AM, to make the most of the day. The distance to Shimla is approximately 113 km and usually takes 3–4 hours by car. You can stop for breakfast along the way at Pinjore or Solan. Arrive in Shimla around late morning and check in at your hotel, preferably near The Mall, Lower Bazaar, or Lakkar Bazaar for convenience. After settling in, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant such as Ashiana & Goofa or Wake & Bake Café, where you can try authentic Himachali cuisine. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll along The Mall Road, explore shops and cafés, and visit Scandal Point for beautiful hill views. End your day with dinner at the hotel or at Café Simla Times, known for its mix of continental and local dishes.

Day 2 Half Day Kufri And Half Day Shimla Sightseeing

Shimla State Museum Kufri Hills

After breakfast at the hotel, head out in the morning for a half-day trip to Kufri, which is about 16 km from Shimla. Kufri offers horse riding, adventure activities, and a mini-zoo, making it perfect for a fun morning in the hills. Return to Shimla by early afternoon for lunch at a café on The Mall Road or a local dhaba. Post-lunch, explore Shimla’s key attractions such as Jakhoo Temple, the iconic Christ Church, and the historic Viceregal Lodge. In the evening, stroll through Lakkar Bazaar for souvenirs and local handicrafts. Enjoy dinner at Eighteen71 Cookhouse & Bar or a restaurant of your choice in town.

Day 3 Shimla To Chandigarh

Chandigarh Architecture

On the final day, have breakfast and check out from your hotel. If you missed it earlier, make a short stop at Annandale to see the helipad and golf course. Begin your return journey to Chandigarh in the late morning, stopping for lunch on the way at Solan or Pinjore if you wish. Arrive back in Chandigarh by evening, completing your 3-day Shimla getaway.

WonderXO – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings made with
WonderXO (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) by the individual(s) or entity (ies)
purchasing travel services (“Traveler”, “Customer”, “you”). By confirming a
booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 30% of the
total amount for booking.
The client has to complete 70% (20+50 %) of total amount within one month from
the booking date.
The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival Please
note that the advance 30% of the payment will be considered as token amount only
& will be nonrefundable. Valid government-issued photo identification of all
travelers is mandatory at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 The Customer agrees to follow the payment schedule provided at the time of
booking.
2.2 In case of non-payment or delayed payment, the Company reserves the right to
cancel the booking with applicable cancellation charges.
2.3 All payments must be made directly to WonderXO through authorized payment
channels only. Payments made to third parties shall not be the responsibility of the
Company.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Traveler All cancellation requests must be made in writing
(email or letter). Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:
 More than 30 days before travel date – 25% of total package cost
 15–29 days before travel date – 35% of total package cost
 8–14 days before travel date – 75% of total package cost
 7 days or less before travel date – 100% of total package cost (No refund)
3.2 Non-Refundable Components Flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, permits,
and services booked under non-refundable terms are not eligible for refunds and are
subject to vendor cancellation policies.
3.3 Refund Processing Approved refunds (if applicable) shall be processed within
45 working days, subject to receipt of funds from third-party service providers.
3.4 No-Show / Early Departure No refunds shall be provided for unused services,
voluntary no-shows, or early departures.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
4.1 Any request for changes to travel dates, itinerary, or inclusions after booking
confirmation shall be treated as an amendment and may attract additional charges.
4.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability, third-party supplier policies, and
approval by WonderXO.
5. Responsibilities & Liabilities
5.1 WonderXO acts as a facilitator for third-party services and shall not be liable
for:
 Deficiencies by third-party providers.
 Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
 Hotel service standards beyond Company control.
 Loss of personal belongings or documents.
5.2 Travelers must comply with all government regulations and local laws.
5.3 WonderXO shall not be responsible for quarantine, denial of entry, or additional
expenses due to noncompliance or documentation issues.
6. Force Majeure WonderXO shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by
events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes,
political unrest, weather conditions, or government restrictions. Alternatives or
rescheduling will be subject to supplier policies.
7. Special Conditions
7.1 Standard hotel check-in (12:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) apply.
7.2 AC may not function in hilly/high-altitude regions and shall not be considered a
service deficiency.
7.3 Itineraries may be modified due to operational or weather-related reasons.
7.4 Adventure activities are optional and undertaken at the Traveler’s own risk.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
8.1 Carry valid government-issued photo identification at all times.
8.2 Report on time for transfers and sightseeing.
8.3 Respect local culture, laws, and environment.
8.4 Medical fitness and related expenses are the Traveler’s responsibility.
9. Indemnification The Traveler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WonderXO,
its employees, and affiliates against any claims arising from breach of these Terms
& Conditions or violation of law.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by
the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Shimla, Himachal
Pradesh, India.

* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
