Lisbon – History and Nature Package

Lisbon is the City of the Seven Hills. In this tour you will learn all about the events of history from the XI century to the present day.

The tour will start in the Church of São Vicente de Fora. D. Afonso Henriques order its building as homage to the Saint of Lisbon (St. Vincent). Then we will go to the Castle of St. George where will be visiting the portas do Sol where you’ll see an extraordinary view of old Lisbon in and Tejo River .

After visiting the castle, we will visit the Cathedral of Lisbon. And then we will be showing you the Baixa of Lisbon. We will visit the most important squares of Lisbon (Praça do Comércio and Rossio) where we can observe the Rossio Station – an imposing work of the Manueline period.

For lunch we can recommend a restaurant within your requirements so you can delight yourself with typical Portuguese food. After lunch, we will walk to the Santa Justa Elevator. This element created in 1902 is a piece of cast iron by a French architect, which will take us to the most emblematic space of the Portuguese revolution (Carmo). There, you’ll be able to visit the Convento do Carmo and verify its glory and enjoy the magnificent view of the city.

To finish in beauty, we will go to Bairro Alto and Estufa Fria (a magnificent garden in the center of Lisbon).
