Mara Eco Safari 2 Nights Tour

Flights usually depart from Wilson Airport in Nairobi at 9:15am. Upon arrival into the Masai Mara, Encounter Mara staff will welcome you and transport you to the camp, stopping to enjoy a packed brunch and your first wildlife sightings along the journey. After arriving at Encounter Mara, you may settle into your accommodations and during the hotter hours of the day, there are a variety of options of ways to spend your time: from relaxing in a hammock or reading in the lounge to spending time with your camp hosts. Later in the afternoon, you will enjoy a high tea (a relaxed affair with cold and hot drinks and a selection of sweet and savoury delicacies), before departing on your afternoon game drive. Returning at dusk, you will enjoy dinner featuring international cuisine. Because we realize your safari can only ever be as good as your guide, we provide expert Masai guides, who will accompany you on the entirety of your game drives

Meals & Drinks : Snacks/Brunch

After a light continental breakfast, which you are welcome to bring along in your vehicle; your guide will take you for a morning game drive. Before returning to the camp for brunch, there is the option of visiting a local village, whose residents are part of the Mara Naboisho Community for an authentic insight into the Masai culture and lifestyle. After your high tea back at Encounter Mara, you will embark on an optional walking safari before the evening game drive. This drive will include pausing to watch the sunset at a breathtaking viewpoint while enjoying sundowners, before continuing on in your game drive after dusk, a privilege exclusive to private areas such as the Mara Naboisho Conservancy.

Your morning game drive can again be enjoyed with your continental breakfast. Flights back to Nairobi usually depart from the Masai Mara at 10:15am and arrive back to Nairobi in 11:45am.
