Day 1

Guwahati (Meghalaya - The Abode of Clouds)

Meet and assist by our representative on arrival & transfer to Hotel. Afternoon visits Kamakhya Temple situated at Nilachal hills. Evening Sunset cruise at The Brahmaputra. Overnight stay will be at Guwahati.

Day 2

Guwahati - Shillong

After having breakfast transfer to Shillong, called 'Scotland of the East'. En-route visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check-in at your hotel. Have lunch, after that visit Don Bosco Monument, Ward's Lake, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydri Park. The evening is free for personal activities. Overnight stay will be at Shillong.

Day 3

Shillong - Cherrapunjee

Shillong Peak

After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place in the world. En-route visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak. In Cherrapunjee, view the beautiful waterfalls & the Eco-Park. You can also explore the limestone caves known as Mawsmai. Overnight stay will be at Cherrapunjee.

Day 4

Cherrapunjee - Dawki - Mawlynnog - Shillong

Have breakfast and then transfer to Dawki Village. Enjoy local boating at Umngot River. After that proceed to Mawlynnong village, voted as Asia's cleanest village. Visit Sky View, which is a viewing platform built close to 60 feet up in the air on the branches of the highest tree in the forest. Also, visit the natural phenomenon, a living root bridge, which is 500 years old. Evening return to Shillong. Overnight stay will be at Shillong.

Day 5

Shillong - Mawphlang - Mawsynram - Shillong

Visit Mawphlang Sacred Forest. Proceed to Mawsynram. Visit the Mawjymbuin Cave and the waterfalls at Mawsynram. Visit the Hot Water Spring at Jakhrem. Return to Shillong and overnight.

Day 6

Shillong - Jowai - Shillong

Proceed to Jowai. En-route visit Laitlum Grand Canyon. Visit the KrangSuri Waterfalls. Return to Shillong and overnight.

Day 7

Shillong - Mawlynbna - Shillong

A day trip to Mawlynbna Village. Kayaking can be done in the river pools. Return to Shillong and overnight.

Day 8

Shillong - Guwahati Airport / Railway Station

After breakfast check out from the hotel & transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for onward journey.
