Day 1

Bagdogra Airport[IXB]/Railway Station [NJP], Processing of Tourist Permit at Phuentsholing & Night Stay at Phuentsholing

On Arrival (The Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan) in Bagdogra Airport (IXB)/New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) & Transfer to Phuentsholing & Processing of Tourists Permit in Phuentsholing - It is approximately 170 kilometres and 4 hours drive. (Phuentsholing, is a border town in southern Bhutan, Phuentsholing lies opposite the Indian town of Jaigaon, [West Bengal] Phuentsholing has a population of 20,537). Overnight Stay in Phuentsholing. From next day " The Himalayan Kingdom Bhutan" package begins.

Day 2

Phuentsholing to Thimphu (Approx. 6 Hours/ 172 Km )

After breakfast, you are transferred to Thimphu the capital of Bhutan.Thimphu is the capital and largest city of Bhutan. It has a population of 104,200, On Road Water Falls & Natural Sightseeing, Chukha Dam (Top View) En-route. Check-In at Hotel & Overnight Stay.

Thimphu Day Sightseeing

After breakfast, you proceed for sightseeing Major Sightseeing Covering 1) Memorial Chorten 2) Buddha Point, 3) Changlimithang Monasteries) 3) Takin Zoo[National Animal of Bhutan], 4) BBS Tower, 5) Thimphu Dzong[View Point] 6] National Library, 7] Thimphu National Museum, 8] School of Arts & Crafts, 9] National Library, 10] Handicrafts & Textile Museum, 11] Handmade Paper Factory, 12] Semtokha Dzong, 13] National Flag Hoisting, 14] Tashicchhoe Dzong. Night stay at Thimphu.

Transfer to Paro (65 km and 1.5hours )

Paro is a town and seat of Paro District in the Paro Valley of Bhutan - Sacred sites and historical buildings scattered through the area - The Paro Valley is wide and verdant and is beautiful - The sightseeing starts with visit 1) Rinpung Dzong (Museum), 2] Kichulanka Monastery, 3] Drukgyal Dzong, 4] Tiger Nest Monasteries [View Point], 5] Paro Museum, 6] Paro Dzong, 6] Road View of Monasteries. Paro Sightseeing

PHUNTSHOLING TRANSFER

Post morning breakfast, proceed for Paro International Airport Sightseeing. The Only International Airport of Bhutan in Paro. Next drive back to Phuntsholing. It is approx. 145 km and is nearly 04 hours drive. Evening free to stroll around the local market area. Overnight Stay at Phuntsholing.

Departure from PHUNTSHOLING

Today AFTER BREAKFAST then you will depart from Siliguri hotel with a cute smile on your face remembering all the sweet moments spent here and drive back to Bagdogra Airport for further journey.
