Package Overview

This Shimla Manali package covers the popular hill destinations of Shimla and Manali in Himachal Pradesh. The tour starts from Gandhinagar with a morning train to Chandigarh and proceeds to Shimla for sightseeing including Mall Road, St Christ Church, The Ridge, Scandal Point and Jakhoo Temple. It includes a visit to Kufri and Green Valley for adventure activities, then a scenic road journey from Shimla to Manali via Kullu with an optional river rafting stop. In Manali the itinerary covers Solang Valley and Snow Point, Atal Tunnel if open, local temples and attractions such as Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashishtha Temple, Jogini Waterfall, Tibetan Monastery, Raghunath Temple, Van Vihar and Mall Road. The tour returns to Chandigarh and then to Gandhinagar. Accommodation, specified meals and non AC sightseeing vehicle are included as per itinerary.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Gandhinagar To Chandigarh

Depart from Gandhinagar by morning train to Chandigarh. The journey will include an overnight segment in the train and train tickets are provided as per itinerary. No food will be served on the train. Reach Chandigarh in the morning to begin the onward portion of the tour.
Day 2 Chandigarh To Shimla

Arrive at Chandigarh in the morning and proceed to Shimla. Check in at the Shimla hotel and undertake local sightseeing including Mall Road, St Christ Church, The Ridge, Scandal Point and Jakhoo Temple. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Meals as specified: Dinner.
Day 3 Shimla To Kufri/chail And Back To Shimla

KufriGreen Valley

After breakfast proceed for a visit to Kufri or Chail where guests can enjoy adventure activities. Also visit Green Valley and other nearby viewpoints. Return to Shimla hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Meals as specified: Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 4 Shimla To Kullu To Manali

Travel from Shimla to Manali, a road distance of approximately 250 km. En route visit Kullu village located about 45 km before Manali. Opportunity for river rafting at own cost in Kullu. Visit the local sole factory and then proceed to Manali for hotel check in. Meals as specified: Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 5 Manali Full Day Snowpoint Solang Valley

Solang Valley

Full day at Snowpoint and Solang Valley for adventure activities which are at own cost. Visit Atal Tunnel if it is open on the route. Return to Manali hotel for overnight stay. Meals as specified: Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 6 Manali Local Sightseeing

Raghunath TempleMall Road

Local sightseeing in Manali after breakfast covering Jogini Waterfall, Vashishtha Temple, Hadimba Devi Temple, Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, Raghunath Temple, Van Vihar and Manali Mall Road. Evening return to the hotel to freshen up, relax and enjoy dinner. Meals as specified: Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 7 Manali To Chandigarh

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Chandigarh Railway Station. The tour ends on arrival at Chandigarh with happy memories. Meals as specified: Breakfast.
Day 8 Chandigarh To Gandhinagar

Return journey to Gandhinagar. Reach your home town by evening with happy memories. Tour concludes. Thank you and visit again.
