TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from the tour operator.
Payment
The balance payment must be made according to the payment schedule stated in the final booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or release of services.
Cancellation
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, attractions, and other suppliers. Any non-refundable supplier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed after deduction of cancellation charges, bank/payment gateway fees, and any non-refundable supplier costs.
Changes
The operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary because of weather, road conditions, attraction closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
No-Show
No refund will normally be provided for unused services, missed transfers, late arrival, no-show, or early departure.
Hotel
Room allocation, views, special requests, early check-in, and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and policy.
Activities
Adventure, marine, and outdoor activities are subject to local safety rules and weather conditions. Operators may suspend activities when conditions are unsafe.
Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documents and for meeting immigration requirements.
Liability
The tour operator will use reasonable care in arranging services but is not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss, injury, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Personal Belongings
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, passports, and electronic items during the tour.
Acceptance
Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and the final itinerary/quotation issued for the booking.
