Tour Itinerary
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, sightseeing sequence, hotel accommodation, or transportation arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Flight Schedules
Airlines may change flight schedules without prior notice.
The company shall not be responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by airlines.
Travel Insurance
Guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for medical emergencies, trip delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
Personal Expenses
Expenses such as laundry, beverages, minibar charges, telephone calls, shopping, optional activities, and any personal purchases are not included.
Liability
The company acts only as a facilitator for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and sightseeing providers and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, theft, or damage caused during the tour.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be responsible for any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Tour Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain discipline and follow instructions of the Tour Manager.
Any damages caused by guests to hotel property, vehicles, or attractions shall be borne by the guest.
Unused Services
No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodations included in the package.
Cancellation Charges:
* More than 45 days before departure: Booking amount / Registration fee is non-refundable
* 31 - 45 days before departure: 25% of the package cost
* 16 - 30 days before departure: 50% of the package cost
* 08 - 15 days before departure: 75% of the package cost
* 0 - 07 days before departure / No Show: 100% of the package cost
💰 Refund Policy
* Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, transport, visa, and other supplier cancellation policies.
* The booking amount, visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
* Airline refunds will be processed only after receipt from the respective airline.
* Airline refunds may take up to 21 working days from the date of confirmation by the airline.
* Hotel refunds may take up to 14 working days from the date of confirmation by the hotel.
* Any processing charges, bank charges, foreign exchange fluctuations, and supplier penalties will be deducted from the refundable amount.
* Refunds will be credited to the original payment source or nominated bank account.
