Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Chandigarh - Shimla (120 Km/3-4 hrs)

On arrival at Chandigarh airport/ Railway Station you will be met, assisted and drive to Shimla.It will take around 8-9 hrs to reach Shimla by surface from Delhi. A century ago, the British selected Shimla as their summer capital, using it as a retreat from the blistering heat of the plains. Called the “abode of the high and mighty “, it is spectacularly set at 2,154 metres with the snow-capped Himalaya as a backdrop and with beautiful promenades, graceful colonial buildings, wooded ravines and evergreen forests. On arrival check in to hotel.

Day 2

Shimla-Kufri & City Tour

Kufri Jakhu Temple

Morning post breakfast visit for excursion to the green valleys of Fagu and Kufri. {Optional: Visit Kufri Adventure resort (Guest can enjoy various rides & activities at their own cost)}. Explore the Kufri Winter Sports Capital, Indira Bungalow and Himalayan Zoo.

Post lunch drive back to town to visit Indian Institute of Advanced Study (formerly known as Vice Regal Lodge, closed on Monday), The Christ Church, Jakhu Temple (Via rope Way), Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point, The Mall Road and The Ridge.

Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 3

Manali (270 Km/8-9 hrs)

Morning drive from Shimla to Manali. It’s an 8-9 hour long journey. En-route pass through Pandoh Dam, Beas River, Sutlej River, Beas Sutlej Link Project, Kullu Valley. On arrival you will move into the hotel in Manali and retire for the night.

Day 4

Manali -Solang valley & Half day city tour - Manali

Solang Valley Manu Temple

Morning at leisure. Post breakfast proceed for day excursion to Solang Valley- A splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund which offers the view of glaciers and snowcapped mountains and peaks which has fine ski slopes.

If you are an adventure enthusiast, then, you can try activities like trekking, skiing, and mountaineering (at your own), evening at leisure.

Later proceed for the sightseeing tour of Manali including visit to Vashisht Hot Water Springs and Temple, Hidimba Temple, Manu temple, and Tibetan monastery. Later in the evening, explore Manali mall road and drop at hotel.

Day 5

Manali - Chandigarh (300 Kms/ 09-10 Hrs.)

Wake up in the morning and after having delicious breakfast Check out from the Hotel. Finally say goodbye to Manali and drive to Chandigarh carrying beautiful memories of the trip. Drop at Chandigarh Airport /Railway station to catch onward Flights/train.

Return home with wonderful memories of your tour!!

Accommodation (with base room category) for 04 nights on double/twin sharing basis.
04 Buffet breakfasts and 04 Dinners at hotel restaurant (as per the hotel meal standards).
All transport and sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary will be provided by individual cab in Shimla and Manali.
Pick up and drop at Chandigarh Airport/Railway station respectively.
Parking, toll tax, luxury tax, green tax, fuel expense, and driver expense etc.
05% of GST (Goods and services taxes)

Heater charges are extra and will be payable directly at the hotel.
The quote does not include any other expenses of personal nature such as, portage at hotels/train station, wines, mineral water, tips, room service, food & drink, laundry, telephone bills, etc. not specified in the itinerary and anything not specified under ‘Tour Inclusions”.
Any incidental expenses not mentioned in Tour Inclusions above will have to be paid directly.
Any adventure activity skiing, paragliding etc.
Any monument entry fees / camera fees and guide charges.

Child Policy

Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed and without Volvo ticket (Milk/Food for infant or children above 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel).

Important Remarks

Base category rooms are quoted in the package. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
Rates quoted above are nett and non-commissionable.
We are not holding and same would be subject to availability at the time of booking.
The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
Extra Bed means extra mattress.
A.C will not work in hill stations.
Heater charges are extra and will be payable directly at the hotel.
The car may or may not have power windows.
All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be hike in the rates of Fuel.
No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.
In case, vehicle is not going to Rohtang Pass or any restricted areas by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal /Supreme court, Infinite Trails will not be responsible in such cases.

Booking Procedure/Payment Policy

We request for a purchase order and 30% of the tour cost as advance at the time of
confirmation to proceed with the bookings and remaining 70% payment prior 15 days from the date of travel.
In case of credit card payment, an additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
In case of debit card payment, an additional surcharge of 1% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
In case of NEFT/RTGS/ online Transfer no transfer, charge will be levied.
Any incidental or actual expenses to be paid over and above the tour price.

Cancellation Policy

Token amount will not be refundable.
25% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of travel.
50% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 14 to 8 days from the date of travel.
100% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 07-0 days from the date of travel.
Refund is not applicable in case of no show.
Air tickets, Train tickets, Volvo tickets and Safari charges are non-refundable once issued.

Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned above.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the booking amount and based on the availability of hotels mentioned above.
In case of non-availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system.
We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
Infinite Trails does not have any hidden charges except your personal expenses. During the
Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
Any Natural calamities Infinite Trails will not be liable for the same.
All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
