Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi- Dharamshala (470 Km/10-11 hrs)

Board the Volvo bus from Delhi to Dharamshala in the evening and Overnight journey towards Dharamshala.

Day 2

Arrival at Dharamshala and Half day city tour

War Memorial

Reach Dharamshala in the morning. Meet and greet our driver at volvo station and transfer to hotel by private cab. Get freshen up and proceed for the half day sightseeing tour of Dharamshala. The main city centre is a charming Tibetan settlement with bustling bazaars that sell carpets, handicrafts and delicious Tibetan food. Your half day city tour includes visit to Kangra Art Museum, Dharamshala tea garden, War memorial, HPCA stadium, Norbulinga Institute and Monastery.
Evening is free for leisure.
Overnight stay at Dharamshala.

Day 3

Dharamshala - Mcleodganj day tour

After breakfast at hotel, ready for local sightseeing of famous Mcleodganj town. The Dalai Lama resides in McLeod Ganj and this day tour begins by visiting His Holiness the Dalai Lama's monastery in Mcleodganj. From the outside, the monastery resembles a simple brick and mortar building but inside it is beautifully carved and contains paintings, murals and other artefacts that give a great insight into Buddhist life. Later proceed to visit other attractions of this place which includes visit to St. John Church, Bhagsu Nag temple, Bhagsu Nag Waterfall, Naddi, Dal Lake and Mall Road at Mcleod Ganj. Later in the evening, transfer to hotel.
Overnight stay at Dharamshala.

Day 4

Dharamshala – Dalhousie (120 Kms/3-4 hrs) – Half day Local sightseeing

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Dalhousie. Reach Dalhousie, Check in the hotel and after freshen up, proceed to local Dalhousie sightseeing includes Subhash baoli, Satdhara, Bara Pather, Panj Pulla, Church.
Overnight stay at Dalhousie.

Day 5

Half day sightseeing to Khajjiar & Kalatop / Later afternoon drive from Dalhousie – Dharamshala (120 Km) & Dharamshala – Delhi Overnight volvo (470 Kms/10 hrs)

Morning post breakfast proceed for excursion to Kalatop and Khajjiar, India's Mini Switzerland, a beautiful glad with the forest at its finger. Dating from the 12th century, Khajji Nag Temple is dedicated to a serpent god. Nearby, the high-altitude Khajjiar Lake is surrounded by cedar forest. West, Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is home to animals including deer and bears. Farther west, Dalhousie is a hill station with mountain views, dotted with temples and 19th-century British churches.
Later transfer to Dharamshala, accordingly vehicle will drop you at the volvo station. Say goodbye to Dharamshala and board the Volvo bus to Delhi.

cab in Dharamshala & Dalhousie.
Pick up and drop at Dharamshala Volvo station respectively.
Delhi to Dharamshala & Dharamshala to Delhi Volvo tickets.
Parking, toll tax, luxury tax, green tax, fuel expense, and driver expense etc.
05% of GST (Goods and services taxes).

Heater charges are extra and will be payable directly at the hotel.
The quote does not include any other expenses of personal nature such as , portage at hotels/train station, wines, mineral water, tips, room service, food & drink, laundry, telephone bills, etc. not specified in the itinerary and anything not specified under ‘Tour Inclusions”.
Any incidental expenses not mentioned in Tour Inclusions above will have to be paid directly.
Any adventure activity skiing, paragliding etc.

Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed and without
Volvo ticket (Milk/Food for infant or children above 5 years is chargeable and direct

Important Remarks

Base category rooms are quoted in the package. If room upgradation is needed,
supplement cost will be applicable.
Rates quoted above are nett and non-commissionable.
We are not holding and same would be subject to availability at the time of booking.
The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
Extra Bed means extra mattress.
A.C will not work in hill stations.
Heater charges are extra and will be payable directly at the hotel.
The car may or may not have power windows.
All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be hike in the rates of Fuel.
No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.

Booking Procedure/Payment Policy

We request for a purchase order and 30% of the tour cost as advance at the time of confirmation to proceed with the bookings and remaining 70% payment prior 15 days from the date of travel.
In case of credit card payment, an additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
In case of debit card payment, an additional surcharge of 1% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
In case of NEFT/RTGS/ online Transfer no transfer charge will be levied.
Any incidental or actual expenses to be paid over and above the tour price.

Cancellation Policy

Token amount will not be refundable.
25% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of travel.
50% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 14 to 8 days from the date of travel.
100% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 07-0 days from the date of travel.
Refund is not applicable in case of no show.
Air tickets, Train tickets, Volvo tickets and Safari charges are non refundable once issued.

Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned above.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the booking amount and based on the availability of hotels mentioned above.
In case of non-availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system.
We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
Infinite Trails does not have any hidden charges except your personal expenses. During the
Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
Any Natural calamities Infinite Trails will not be liable for the same.
Alll buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
