Old City, Markets & Evening Ganga Aarti

Meet Your Guide: Our accredited guide will meet you at your hotel and accompany you to the old city, explaining what you will see during the day.

10:00 AM – 01:30 PM Bazaar Walk: Explore the hidden markets of the old city including paan (betel leaf), spices, toys, flowers, and more. This experience combines a walking tour and a cycle rickshaw ride. Strolling through the narrow alleys filled with aromas and colors gives guests a phenomenal cultural experience.

01:30 PM – 02:30 PM Lunch Break: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or hotel.

02:30 PM – 04:30 PM City Tour: Visit Banaras Hindu University, Durga Temple, and the weaver’s district, where you’ll learn about the centuries-old art of Banarasi silk weaving.
