Wild Life Tour

You will be picked up very early this morning, at around 4am, from your hotel in Delhi and transferred to the airport for your flight to Nagpur. Upon arrival in Nagpur you will be driven to Kanha National Park (around 5-6 hours) where lunch will be waiting for you. In the afternoon you’ll be picked up from your lodge and taken on a nature walk with a local naturalist guide. This evening there will be a presentation on wildlife tourism in the area.

Depart on an early morning game drive to Kanha National Park to try and spot some of India’s wildlife. Kanha is one of India’s largest National Parks and located in the Maikal Hills of the Satpura Hills range in the south eastern part of Madhya Pradesh. In 1973, when Project Tiger was launched to save the tigers, Kanha was one of the nine reserves selected for the project and is one of the projects success stories. Enjoy a packed breakfast before continuing with your game drive.

The day is yours to relax at your leisure before heading out on an afternoon game drive.

Enjoy another early morning game drive and the morning at leisure before departing Kanha around lunch time for the drive to Bandhavgarh (around 6 hours). Bandhavgarh is a renowned tiger reserve nestled between the picturesque Vindhya and Satpura ranges and one of India’s most beautiful National Parks. The dramatic landscape features tropical forests, woodlands and steep rocky hills with grasslands in the valleys below.

An early morning game drive takes you into Bandhavgarh National Park to spot some of India’s elusive wildlife. Return to your hotel where the remainder of the day is at your leisure before enjoying an afternoon game drive.

There will be another early morning game drive, returning to your hotel/lodge around 10am. After an early lunch, you’ll be driven to Pench (around 8 hours). A typical Central Indian teak jungle, Pench National Park supports a rich variety of wildlife. Dominated by hills, forests and valleys, the park derives its name from the Pench River which flows from north to south and divides the park into almost equal halves. The park is well known as the inspiration behind Rudyard Kipling’s “The Jungle Book”.

This morning you will enjoy an early morning game drive to Pench National Park in search of wildlife. After returning to your hotel/lodge, the remainder of the day is at your leisure before your afternoon game drive.

Enjoy an early morning game drive before spending the remainder of the morning at leisure. At 3pm you’ll be driven from Pench to Nagpur (around 2 hours) where you will board your flight to Delhi. Your journey ends on arrival in Delhi.
