Inhale and exhale for the count of four and eight respectively. Do this for six times. Get up from your seat and walk around the plane aisles, inhale and bring your right foot forward and exhale and bring your left foot forward. While sitting on your seat, lift your right knee and enclose your hands around it and inhale for next four count. Now slowly remove your hand along with exhaling your breath for next eight counts. Do this Yoga exercise with both legs as it will certainly relax your legs.
For relaxation of your ankles, rotate them for eight times respectively. Relax and inhale and exhale for four counts. This posture will bring in blood circulation to hip and leg area.
