  What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more. He drove with such skill and care, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Every detail from the game drives to the lodges was perfectly handled.   This was the first time my friend and I tasted a Kenyan safari. Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris has put in a lot of effort to provide a good experience - that has to be appreciated. John was a guide driver, very patient and experienced with animals. In Amboseli, he showed us an elephant family that was slowly making its way across a water body. After waiting for a long time in Tsavo East, I saw a lion. Our guide told us that their stomachs are full, so they are lying idle in the shade of the trees. Although the experience was memorable, some things need to be improved. At one of our campsites, the water pressure in the toilets was low, and sometimes there was no hot water. One day lunch arrived too late because the car had not left the camp in time. Still, I'd say this trip was a real safari experience - real woods, roughness, and animal touches. ...more

  On this six-day safari trip, I got a chance to visit five different national parks, and each place is full of its own characteristics. The colors of the dry, volcanic soil of Tsavo West, Mount Kilimanjaro in the backdrop of Amboseli, the lakes of Naivasha, and the grasslands of Maasai Mara - all are eye-catching. It was great to see the animals and take pictures. Most of the Big Five can be seen.   LaMara put together a great luxury safari for me. Hit Amboselli the Nakura...3 nights 4 days. Our driver tour guide Nelson was the best...aka Kevin Hart from Jumanji....Nice toyota 4*4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle....Nelson knows his stuff and is great at finding animals....We scored Lions both days in Amboslli...the bomb....The elephants are incredbile in Amboselli.... Is a long haul to Nakura from Amboselli so dont know if I would recommend the 1 night in Nakura. But i didnt mind...saw rhinos there....Both lodges o takai and ziwa in nakuru were great.. waking up to the plains sunrise...nice....book the luxury...you only live once... Office staff excellent also....thanks LaMara... ...more
