• Heater charges will be extra and vary hotel to hotel.
• In any case of transporters strike, heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any loss
• Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy
• Token Amount is non refundable in any case and can be adjustable for one year in any package.
• No refund in case of any missed sightseeing or meal.

• CANCELLATION POLICY
• Between 40 to 30 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
• Between 30 to 15 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from total package amount
• 14 days prior to the date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted from total package amount
