Day 1 is based in Arusha with accommodation at Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel. This day is designated for arrival or initial stay in Arusha and settling into the accommodation at Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel.

Day 2 involves travel from Arusha to Tarangire. Accommodation is at Jambo Camp (Manyara) as listed for this day, marking the first park visit portion of the safari.

Day 3 moves from Tarangire toward Serengeti National Park with accommodation provided at Nyani Public Camp in the Serengeti. This places guests inside or near Serengeti NP for the safari experience.

Day 4 is a full day in Serengeti National Park with accommodation again at Nyani Public Camp (Serengeti). Guests remain in the Serengeti area with overnight at the designated public camp.

Day 5 travels from the Serengeti area to Ngorongoro Crater with overnight accommodation at Simba Public Camp. This positions guests to visit the Ngorongoro Crater area.
