Devils Marbles Tropic Of Capricorn
Day 1 iwe head off from Alice Springs at 6am ready for our adventure to Darwin. North of Alice Springs we cross the Tropic of Capricorn and then on the Karlu Karlu (Devils Marbles), a collection of gigantic granite boulders magically balanced on top of one another. We finish day 1 close to Tennant Creek at the historic banka Banka Cattle Station where we camp for the night.

Mataranka Hot Springs, Daly Waters Pub
Today, day 2 of your 3 day adventure in the Northern Territory we head to the daly Waters Pub. This hotel was an important watering hole for explorers and drovers, and is now a great spot for a cold beer, a lesson on Aussie history and a great outback experience. Later in the day we head to Mataranka Thermal Pools, we swim in the lush oasis before journeying to Kathering and our overnight camp.

Katherine Gorge, Canoeing And More
Day 3 we head to Katherine Gorge National Park, this is owned by the traditional owners the Jawoyn Aboriginal People. The ancient sandstone has been carved away by the Kathering river and is now a picturesque gorge. You can choose from a boat cruise or a paddle in a canoe (own expense) Or just take a walk along the gorge. In the afternoon we relax, watch the changing landscape and then travel into Darwin.
