  The overall experience was positive. However, there was limited flexibility in selecting or modifying local sightseeing destinations beyond those specified by the operator.   I was on a journey to Andamans islands from 31st August to 6th September, 2023. After meeting Ibrahim in Andamans(grace destination management) , our uncertainity vanished and he was so supportive that, he went out of the way for accomplishing a personal desire i kept in my heart- wave a NATIONAL FLAG at Andamans' island as gratitude of completion of my journey of all states and union territories of India. He arranged a national flag with the pole; and helped me to wave it high and proclaim my words of gratitude to the people who were supportive in the path of my life till date. I am sure a person like Ibrahim can bring satisfaction to all tourists who needs his service; as in my case only a word was uttered on the very first occasion, and it was fulfilled!   We planned trip on 8th Jan but on 6th Jan Cyclone Hits Andaman so we were worried about our trip. When we reach at Port Blair on 8th Jan everything was operational & weather was good that makes us so happy. We visited Port Blair Havelock then Neil Island then again Port Blair. Our First Day at Port Blair was very hectic, we were tired though visited many places back to back, this should be manage better by Team. Except this We enjoyed lot in Havelock & Neil Island. Dinesh & Ajay did good job. Other people also very helpful. Really Appreciated. Please Carry BSNL & AIRTEL SIM so this will avoid any miscommunication with Travel management team.   Right from the day we touched Andaman till we left, the hospitality level was simply awesome.The hotels and resorts included in the package were really sophisticated with good staff and provided well maintained cars with polite drivers . Especially the resort we stayed in Havelock named Green Imperial Resort which was the best as we could compare the quality and the overall ambiance of other nearby resorts .The one word that comes to mind about the beaches in Havelock Island is " breathtaking ". The last day we went on a long drive seeing natural beauty of Andaman . The tour operator is highly accommodating to last minute changes and really involved in providing tourists with the best possible experience. My retired parents are considering it as a trip of a lifetime .Overall it was money well spent and worth every penny. Anybody considering going to Andaman should definitely consider this travel agency . ...more
