Andman Tour 3 Night/4 Days

Payment & Reservation terms :
You can make reservations with us by advising us your acceptance of the tour & Travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings.All services would be kept on confirmed basis only on receipt of 50% Advance payment. The remaining payment must be made on the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before commencement of the tour will violate the terms and payment is to be made in favour of the following Account.Once Advance booking amount transferred,give us transfer slip copy by whats app or email.

• Hotels do not confirm the booking without payments,hence your hotel is confirmed only when you make the full payment. Hotels once confirmed cannot be changed.Guests are requested to check the reviews, pictures and hotels website's before confirmation and advise any Change before booking.
• Hotels Permit only 03 people in a room (children below 03 yrs are complimentary) For an extra Adult /Child extra matress shall be provided. Children above 03 yrs shall be charged full. The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• The check out time of the hotel is 8:00am, stay beyond the check out time is purely at the discretion of the hotels. (There may be time gap between check out and ferry timing in Havelock, Neil Island, guests are advised to leave their luggage in the hotel and venture out for some optional activity till the ferry timing)For early checkin and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.

• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions. (eg:- Spa, Bar, water sports etc.) are to be settled directly at the hotel or with the concerned Vendor.
• Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of advance payment. In case the same is not available, then a similar category hotel will be provided. Hotel once finalized cannot be changed.
• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without Changing the total member of nights in each destination and with out compromising any services.
• Ferry timing are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in the tour owning to delay in reporting to the ferry point, climatic conditions or any such events beyond our control .Although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you will commensurate back up options, cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children and infant (below 02 yrs )along with other travel documents. Child without Address proof shall be considered for an Adult cost.

• Prior to 45 days or more 25% of tour cost.
• Between 44-11 days of departure 50% of tour cost.
• 10 days to date of departure 90%.
• 01 days to date of departure 100%.
