  The Absolute Best Team on Kilimanjaro A group of 4 climbers from India, along with 3 friends from the UK, completed an arduous climb via the 7-day Machame Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and they exceeded our every expectation along the way. The first impression we had of Aardvark Expeditions (Philemon Joel) was one of speed in responding to our requests, providing clear directions, and making truthful declarations about what to expect when we booked. Booking our climb was made easy due to the assistance provided by the sales team. During the actual climb, the guiding team of Bariki and Jonathan performed exceptionally well. They were vigilant in their monitoring of climbers, supported us when altitude sickness hit, and continuously provided motivation throughout our trek on the mountain.   This tour starts from Lake Manyara, where on the very first day we get to see the tree climbing lion. The lion is sitting on the branch of the tree - I have read about this scene, but it is a very different feeling to see it from the front. The moment of entering the Ngorongoro Crater was breathtaking. As soon as I entered the crater, zebras, buffaloes, elephants around and a black rhino in the distance - everything seemed to be together in nature's own kingdom. The most awaited part was the Serengeti and Mara River Crossing. I waited by the river for hours. Suddenly thousands of wildebeest and zebra started running towards the river. Watching them fight through water, mud and streams was surreal and emotional. The guide of Seven Wonders Safaris has kept us in the right position the whole time and explained every moment.   I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   I never thought I would travel to Africa. When I booked, I got more than what I had read about their services on the Nyayo Tours website. Guide Frank was strangely knowledgeable; he brought life to places in silence. During the entire trip, no one seemed to let me go without anything I didn't need. Our car even had a phone charger and a freezer to keep cold water - these little conveniences add up when you're on safari for hours. ...more

  We did a 6-day Serengeti Migration Tour with Seven Wonders Safaris, and it was one of the most memorable trips of our lives. The guide was experienced and sincere; every game drive was exciting. The sight of thousands of wildebeest crossing the Mara River brought tears to the eyes. Accommodation, food, and service were all excellent. There was no lack of safety and comfort throughout the trip. It is undoubtedly the perfect package to enjoy the nature of Africa with family or friends. It's highly recommended! ...more
