16 days Northern Safari And Chimpazee Tracking Tour

This day, after the breakfast, you will drive to Ngorongoro crater for hot lunch, afternoon at leisure, preparing sunset-outgoing accompanied by a short walk while waiting for the sunset time, after the evening tour which gives you chance to even chart with local Maasai people in the area, you will return to your Lodge for dinner and overnight FB.

After Breakfast, with packed lunch transfer to Serengeti National park via Oldupai gorge the Archaeological site where Mary Leakey found the skull of Australopithecus boisei dating back 1.7milion years ago, at Oldupai you will have chance to visit the site museum and there after listening to a lecture about Origins of Early Man, after the lecture will be the time to have our packed lunch before proceeding to Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is 14760sq km; it is one of the last places in the world where vast numbers of large animals can be seen in their natural habitat. In the morning boat transfer to Gombe Stream National Park. The Park was established in 1968 and covers an area of 52sq km. can be reached in 40 minutes by speedboat from Kigoma. Alternative transport by water-taxi takes about four and six hours. Arriving late afternoon for lunch and overnight at the camp site FB

Two-day activities in Gombe Steam National Park. Will include tracking of Chimpanzee, hiking, swimming,
snorkeling and also visit the site of Henry Stanley’s famous Dr. Livingston at Ujiji and if time allows
visit dhow builder right at work. You will have all meals and nights in your camp. FB

Two-day activities in Gombe Steam National Park. Will include tracking of Chimpanzee, hiking, swimming,
snorkeling and also visit the site of Henry Stanley’s famous Dr. Livingston at Ujiji and if time allows

This day, you will wake-up early in the morning around 0550 hrs for early morning breakfast and take the boat transfer to Mahale Mountains National Park a crossing Lake Tanganyika and arrive in time for lunch. There after relax and overnight in the camp FB.or stay at Grey-Stock-Mahale (Luxury Designated Lodge)

Mahale Mountain is much larger and more remote than Gombe with a more complex landscape, many more animals and better potential for long tame survival as an ecosystem. Established in 1986 with an area of 1200sq km. Can take 10 to 24 hours by boat from Kigoma, but also there might be a chance to fly, but it may be wise to check the state of the airstrip first. Mahale Mountains rise from the lakeshore to misty heights, their steep slopes swathed in thick jungle-like vegetation. The Mountains provide both a habitat for many kinds of animal life and also help to protect the park from human encroachment. You will be tracking the Chimpanzees in these two days.
