Tour Manager Ex Europe Optional cost
Euros 140 per day
Domestic travel allowance: On actual borne by travel agent and which will be advised to you.
Accommodation and Meals to be provided with the group
Allowance for missed meals is Euros 15 per meal
Please note your FOC room will be used by our tour Manager if you book tour Manager from our side.
Our TM will stay in single room. He will use your ½ twin foc and you have to pay single supplement to convert twin room to single room.
If you use you FOC and take tour Manager from our side then you need to pay the charges for Single room as per given you on our quotation

Please note city tax need to pay directly at hotel.
Below are the city taxes and It will subject to change as per Local Municipality policy.
SWISS – CHF 3.5 to 5 per person per night for 3 star hotels and 4 star hotels
PARIS – 2.5 to 3 Euros per person per night for 3 star hotels and 4 star hotels
INNSBRUCK – 3.5 to 4 Euros per person per night for 3 star hotels and 4 star hotels
VENEZIA & PADOVA/ BOLOGNA / ROME - 3.50 Euros per person per night for 3 star hotels, 4.50 Euros per person per night for 4 star hotels and Euro 5 per person per night for 5 star hotels.
