Gangtok & Darjeeling Tour

Arrival Transfer from NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and drive to Gangtok.

On Arrival, Check-In at hotel.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight at Gangtok Hotel.

Breakfast at Hotel.

Proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.), which is located 55 km away from the city of Gangtok.

After the visit, return to Gangtok. Rest day at Leisure.

Breakfast at Holtel & Checkout.

Morning half-day tour of Gangtok and visit Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Do-drul Chorten, Enchey Monastery and Banjakhri Water Falls (maximum time takes 3 to 4 hours to explore) & after the visits drive for Darjeeling.

On arrival, Check-In at Hotel.

Overnight at Darjeeling Hotel.

Take a drive to Tiger Hill early in the morning (at 04:00 AM), to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga.

Visit Ghum Monastery and Batasia Loop on your way back. Have a breakfast and visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing Rock, Japanese Temple, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre (Sunday closed) and Ropeway.

The evening is free for shopping or leisure.
