Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Dharamshala / Mcleod Ganj & Bhagsu Waterfall Sightseeing

Mcleod Ganj

Arrive at Dharamshala Bus Station, pick-up, and drop at your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, leave for sightseeing covering McLeod Ganj Market, Dalai Lama Temple, also known as Little Lhasa, which has been the seat of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the leader of the Tibetans, since 1960. Bhagsu Nag Temple and Waterfall - this is one of the most ancient temples and waterfalls dedicated to Lord Shiva. Thousands of pilgrims visit this temple every year. Bhagsu Waterfall is located 1 km from Bhagsu Temple, which can be covered by a short 15 - 20 minutes’ walk. McLeod Ganj is the capital of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile. The Dalai Lama’s residence, as well as the headquarters of the Central Tibetan Administration (the Tibetan Government-in-Exile), are in Dharamshala. After completing the sightseeing, you will return to the hotel, and the rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Dharamshala / McLeod Ganj. Meals - Dinner

War Memorial

Today, we will proceed for Dharamshala sightseeing. Visit the War Memorial, International Cricket Stadium, and Norbulingka Institute. Afternoon free at your own leisure. Meals - Breakfast & Dinner

Day 3 In Dharamshala (free Day)/ Evening Transfer To Volvo Bus Stand

Today, you are free to explore on your own. Check out time is 11:00 AM, Late check-out is not included. Optional - You can add a day excursion trip to Palampur at an additional cost @ Rs. 1,800/- (Per Person). Day excursion to Palampur - visit Chamunda Devi Temple, Palampur Tea Garden, and Neugal Café. In the evening, we will drop you at the bus stand at the boarding point to catch your evening Volvo to Delhi. Bus scheduled departure time - any slot between 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (nal departure time and details will be mentioned on the tickets). Overnight bus journey. Meals - Breakfast

NOTES
Our tour cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
Minimum 4 Pax required to operate the trip on above mentioned tour cost, if only 2 Pax booked on a trip / operating with minimum 02 Pax then Rs. 1,500/- (Per Person) supplement would be extra.
Extra Bed means extra mattress or rollaway bed.
AC will not work in hill stations.
Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
The Property D’s Casa is purely non-smoking hotel, smoking inside the room is not allowed, however you can smoke at smoking zone area at the hotels.
The Vehicles may or may not have power windows.
All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and trafc conditions.
The transportation / hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.
All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.

Remarks
The per person cost is calculated on the basis of minimum 04 adults travelling together on TWIN sharing.
The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares a DBL room, is provided with an extra mattress or roll away bed.
Mostly the Hotel / Camps allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.

This is quote only and we are not holding any conrmed reservation either in the Bus or in Hotel / Camp.
The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you conrmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
Bus tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel / Camp related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before nalizing the Hotel / Camp.
Terms and conditions:-
100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to conrm the Hotel / Camp reservation.
Please provide government issued id's to process the reservation.
Hotel / Camp vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
The guest must carry conrmed Hotel / Camp voucher at the time of check in at Hotel / Camp.
Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.
All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel / Camps etc. unless they refund us in our bank account.
If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.

Important Information

Please prefer payment through a cash deposit at our ofce/to our representative; cheque (delivery of documents will be subject to clearance of cheques and cheque will be accepted if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For closer dates, a cheque will not be acceptable); PO/DD;
Bank transfer. EMI payment option also available online presently. For any other payment mode, the same could be subject to transaction charges. For specic guidance/clarication you may contact our executive dealing with you, beforehand.
Cash depositin our ofce, our staff & direct cash depositin any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarication, you must callthe undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is a penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.

Additional Payment Terms

Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it claried before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as conrmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.

Online Booking Procedure

To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specied in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date oftravel,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date oftravel,
You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
If you are booking within more than 20 days of date oftravel,
You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel:20% of total package cost .
Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel:30% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel:50% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel:75% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel:100% package amount will be forfeited.
