Leh Palace

Payment Terms & Methods :

Booking Policy
A minimum 30% advance payment of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The next 20% payment must be cleared 10 days prior to the departure date.
The remaining 50% balance is payable at the time of hotel check-in on arrival.
Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Note: The token/advance amount is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

100% refund if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the departure date.
50% refund if the cancellation is made 15–20 days prior to the departure date.
No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 10 days of departure or in case of a no-show.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
