Package Overview

Heading out of town we travel north-west by road to Tay Ninh Holy see , the headquarter of Cao Dai religion. Caodaism (Vietnamese: Đạo Cao Đài) is a syncretic monotheistic religion founded in southern Vietnam in 1926. Its core philosophy aims to unite all world faiths into a single universal truth. Key Highlights Meaning & Beliefs: "Cao Đài" literally translates to "High Tower" or "Supreme Palace," referring to the ultimate God. Caodaists believe that all major religions (such as Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Christianity, and Islam) originate from the same divine source. Eclectic Pantheon: Along with traditional religious figures like Buddha, Jesus Christ, Confucius, and Laozi, Caodaism honors historical and literary figures as saints, including Victor Hugo, Joan of Arc, Julius Caesar, and Sun Yat-sen. Primary Symbol: The Divine Eye (an open left eye enclosed in a triangle), representing God's omniscience and eternal spiritual light. It remains one of the largest religions in Vietnam today, with millions of adherents.
