Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi – Manali (570 Kms/ 12-14 Hrs)

  Today evening at 5:30pm start your journey From Delhi to Manali by Overnight Travel through A/C Volvo
  Note: You have to reach at 05:00 pm in Delhi our Volvo point (On your Own) i.e. RK Ashram, Palika Place, Near Metro Station, New Delhi or Manju ka Tilla ,new delhi

• Day 2 : Arrival In Manali + Local City Tour (3 - 4 Hrs.)

  Reach Manali Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel. (Check in time is 12:00 noon & Check out time is 10am as per Himachal hotel Policy).
  After fresh up in afternoon Place to Cover: - Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot springs, Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Manali To Rohtang Pass (52Kms) Or Manali To Solang Valley + Him Valley

  Today enjoy full day Rohtang Pass up to snow line (Snow line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during Heavy snowfall). You can Enjoy there snow activities , Paragliding etc. Over night stay at hotel

  Today morning after breakfast proceed for  solang valley.Its a beautiful picnic spot you can enjoy there adventure activities like Paragliding, zoorbing ball and cable ride   your own cost .At drive back to Manali & enroute you can cover Him Valley Fun Park .In the evening return back to Manali .Have Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
  Please Note: Rohtang Pass sight seen is subject to matter of NGT order & followed by Manali taxi Union policy & cost. Rohtang Pass not included in the package because The NGT in its order has restricted the number of vehicles passing through Rohtang Pass for tourism. Vehicle for Rohtang pass can be hired directly from Manali taxi Union by own cost. If our vehicle get permission for rohtang pass than will covered by our own vehicle. It will be through sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement & Rohtang is closed on every Tuesday.

• Day 4 : Manali – Kullu - Nagger Castle & Art Gallery

  After breakfast a drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), to visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and explore the local Market. Later proceed to cover Vaishno Devi Temple , ,Naggar Castle and art gallery . Later at 5 pm return to Manali. Dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Manali – Kullu – Shimla (280 Kms)

  Today morning check out from the hotel and proceed to Shimla (7-8 hrs )by Deluxe bus / Sharing Basis cab . On reaching Shimla check into the hotel. Rest of the day free for your leisure activities.   Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel

• Day 6 : Shimla – Kufri + Local – Shimla

  Today morning after breakfast proceed for Shimla sightseeing to cover: Kufri (Including Kufri Fun Park & Indra Gandhi Holiday Home), Jakhu Temple, Vice regal lodge (Advance Study). In Evening Explore Scandal Point, The Mall, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church. Dinner and then have your overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 7 : Shimla – Delhi (370 Kms)

  Today after breakfast at 7:30 am check out from the hotel and drop at Shimla Volvo Stop will be provided to you for your return journey to Delhi  with memorable experience of ‘’HOLIDAY INDIA JOURNEY’’………….

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

HIJ Only acts as a booking agent of the Hotel Accommodation & Transport Or Adventure Like Camping And Trekking , providing the services and it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and user as regards the standards of services provider.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

• We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.

• Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.

• Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.

• The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

• We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

• The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer  your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)

• Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.

• Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

• There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.

• In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

• Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

• Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.

• In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)

• The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.

• Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.

• Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

* Service Charge & Service tax is different
