Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi Shimla (370 Kms/ 10-12Hrs)

  On arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station you will be meet our assisted and drive to Shimla. Shimla was the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains. This offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. On arrival at Shimla, check-in to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Shimla - Kufri + Local - Shimla

  Today morning after breakfast proceed for Shimla sightseeing to cover: Kufri (Including Kufri Fun Park & Indra Gandhi Holiday Home), Jakhu Temple, Vice regal lodge (Advance Study). In Evening Explore Scandal Point, The Mall, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church. Dinner and then have your overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 3 : Shimla - Kullu - Manali (250 Kms/7-8Hrs)

  Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel & proceed towards Manali. On the the way you can cover sundernagar lake,pandoh dam, in Kullu you can do River Rafting (on your own expenses), Vaishno Devi Temple and shopping of World famous Pashmina Shawls. Evening reach Manali and check in hotel. Dinner & O/N Stay.

• Day 4 : Manali Local Sightseeing (3-4 Hrs)

  Today morning after breakfast proceeds towards for Manali local sightseeing: - Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot springs and Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali. Dinner & O/N Stay.

• Day 5 : Manali To Rohtang Pass (52Kms) Or Manali To Solang Valley + Him Valley

  Today enjoy full day Rohtang Pass up to snow line (Snow line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during Heavy snowfall). You can Enjoy there snow activities , Paragliding etc. Over night stay at hotel

  Today morning after breakfast proceed for  solang valley.Its a beautiful picnic spot you can enjoy there adventure activities like Paragliding, zoorbing ball and cable ride   your own cost .At drive back to Manali & enroute you can cover Him Valley Fun Park .In the evening return back to Manali .Have Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
  Please Note: Rohtang Pass sight seen is subject to matter of NGT order & followed by Manali taxi Union policy & cost. Rohtang Pass not included in the package because The NGT in its order has restricted the number of vehicles passing through Rohtang Pass for tourism. Vehicle for Rohtang pass can be hired directly from Manali taxi Union by own cost. If our vehicle get permission for rohtang pass than will covered by our own vehicle. It will be through sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement & Rohtang is closed on every Tuesday.

• Day 6 : Manali – Dharamshala (270 Kms)

  After breakfast check out from the Hotel & drive to Dharamshala via Kullu (8-9hrs).On the way you can see Tea Plants. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Evening free to explore the Local Market. Dinner & O/N Stay.

• Day 7 : Dharamshala – Local Sightseeing

  After Breakfast, cover official residence of Dalai Lama, Mcleodganj, Bhagsunath temple and Dal Lake .Evening free to explore local market&Kotwai Bazaar. Dinner & O/N stay

• Day 8 : Dharamshala – Dalhousie (130 Kms)

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Dalhousie (It is also called as mini swizz of India due to its picturesque beauty). Arrive & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the Market. Dinner & O/N stay

• Day 9 : Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dalhousie

  Today after heartily breakfast cover Khajjiar sightseeing. Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjair Lake, wandering in 9 whole golf course or just sit and feel the peace. • Day 10 : Dalhousie - Amritsar (190 Kms) - Sightseeing

  After Breakfast proceed toward to Amrisar. Arrive & cover Golden temple (It is the holiest Sikh Gurudwara made of gold), JallianwalaBagh (Tragic massacre spot where general dyer killed thousands of people in just few minutes), Wagah border (showcases lowering of flags ceremony held between security forces of India and Pakistan in respect of each other). TERMS & CONDITIONS:

HIJ Only acts as a booking agent of the Hotel Accommodation & Transport Or Adventure Like Camping And Trekking , providing the services and it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and user as regards the standards of services provider.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

• We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.

• Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.

• Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.

• The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

• We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

• The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer  your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)

• Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.

• Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

• There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.

• In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

• Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

• Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.

• In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)

• The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.

• Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.

• Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

* Service Charge & Service tax is different
