Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra To Gangtok

  Meet and Greet on arrival at NJP/Bagdogra & transfer to Gangtok. Rest of the evening free for own activities, O/n stay at hotel. 

• Day 2 : Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

  A day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (departure at 0900 to 0930 AM hrs ) - situated at a height of 3,780 mts. with an average depth of 50 ft & Baba Mandir - The shrine maid in memory of sepoy Harbahajan Sing , Back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Gangtok To Lachung

  After breakfast pick up at 0900 A.M from hotel at Gangtok & transfer to Lachung (altitude 8610 ft). Via Phodong, Mangan, Singik Chungthang & Maltim, Lunch on the way. Overnight stay at Lachung.

• Day 4 : Yumthang Valley

  Early Morning visit Yumthang-Valley ( Famous as Valley of variety of Rhododendron ), Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the yaks & winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch. O/n stay at Lachung.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 5 : Lachung To Gangtok

  After Breakfast transfer to Gangtok , Afternoon visit go for half day 07 Points sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls, Ranka Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Flower Show, O/n stay at hotel .

• Day 6 : Gangtok To Pelling

  After breakfast transfer to Pelling, One can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from Pelling .On arrival Check in into the hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 7 : Pelling Sightseeing

  After breakfast start for full day Sightseeing which includes Pemayangtse Monastery, Rimbi Water Falls, and Kanchenjunga falls, Khecheopalri Lake, Darap Village, Rimbi Rock Garden, Rabdentse Ruins, New Helipad & Kanchenjunga view Tower. O/n stay at hotel. 

  • Hotspots : Pemayangtse Monastery

• Day 8 : Pelling To Kalimpong & Sightseeing

  After breakfast transfer to Kalimpong, On arrival at Kalimpong proceed for sight seeing program, Covering the Dello, Pine View Nursery, Dr. Grahams Home, Mangal Dham , Rishi Bankim Park, Zelepla View point and Buddhist monastery, Back to hotel, O/n stay at Kalimpong.

• Day 9 : Kalimpong To Darjeeling

  After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling, It is one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world. Rest of the day free for own activities, O/n stay at hotel.

• Day 10 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early Morning at 0400 AM visit Tiger Hill ,famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga,on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast proceed for visit 7 points ,covering The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetans Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Lloyd’s Botanical Garden ,Rope way ( Only view point ). O/n stay at hotel.

  • Themes : Mountaineering

• Day 11 : Darjeeling To Bagdogra Airport / Railway Station

  Morning free for packing & transfer to NJP Station or Bagdogra airport for return journey - Tour Ends.

Note:

  Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)

  Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.

EXTRA PERSON COST:

  Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.

  Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.

Note:  In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

HIJ Only acts as a booking agent of the Hotel Accommodation & Transport Or Adventure Like Camping And Trekking , providing the services and it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and user as regards the standards of services provider.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

• We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.

• Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.

• Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE            

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.

• The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

• We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

• The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer  your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)

• Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.     

• Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

• There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.

• In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

• Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

• Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.

• In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)

• The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.

• Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.

• Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

* Service Charge & Service tax is different
